Introduction
RY8023 is a bi-direction relay driver. The near zero standby current and a maximum of 800mA driving current make it suitable for applications such as electric energy meter and other application where low standby current and high driving current is needed .
Specification
1. Supply Voltage : 5 to 16V
2. Standby Current: 10nA
3. Input High Level Threshold : 2V, compatible with most MCU output logic
4. Typical Driving Current : 300mA
Rds(on) ≈ 15ohms (Vdd=8V, PMOSFET+NMOSFET) Rds(on) ≈ 10ohms (Vdd=14V, PMOSFET+NMOSFET)

7. Able to drive WJ306 (Rdc = 16ohms) relay when Vdd = 9.5~14.5V
